No bullsh*t ingredients go into this chili oil.

  • Premium Oil – The foundation of every empire. We use premium sourced avocado oil exclusively. No seed oils

  • Chili Pepper Blend – Secret mix of Chinese and Mexican chilis are the lifeblood of our oil’s heat, rich and fiery flavor

  • Garlic & Shallots – Struck from the earth, fried to golden perfection

  • Ginger – A sharp bite to keep things lively

  • Cinnamon & Cloves – Just enough to keep ‘em guessing how this chili oil tastes so balanced. We toast and grind our own cloves. Every jar has a freshly toasted cinnamon stick inside, because we found that the best way to add cinnamon flavor is to infuse. Seriously.

  • Star Anise - The coolest looking spice and a Chinese staple. Mind your spoon. We also add one of these to every jar to slowly infuse the flavor into the oil
